Get aggressive with pursuing this man's conviction by law. Call the police and tell them "I have a clear case for abuse. I'm being threatened with physical violence again from a violent person who assaulted me in the past and my life is in danger. I need help and protection now." Sue him immediately. Your life and safety if not a joke. If you family to go to, primarily maybe brothers, let them know about this asap and find somewhere to be where he is not going to go straight to you if you feel threatened.
He not only explicitly states he literally beat you, he is threatening to do this again as if he can see no consequence. This is a dangerous individual. You do not need to hide what your next step is. You have to protect yourself and be strong. You stand now. He has no authority or power and he needs to be punished for his actions if this is true
