I get the impression I'm not particularly wanted

A friend ghosted me a couple of months ago, and more recently someone told me they were "interested" in me (I took it to mean they wanted to talk to me and be friends) then when they got back to me several days later they just apologised for not replying like it never happened, and it's been 4 days of no contact since then. I know they're busy, but it's hard not to feel unwanted when all of one person reaches out to me at all anywhere and I have this much time to overthink things. I think I'm just going to stop. Bye.
