Do you second guess yourself frequently?

Especially in a job?
Or even just social interactions occasionally.

I have crippling self doubt and I'm trying to get a feel for if others experience it a little, a lot like me, or not much at all.

Less now but i do a double and triple check routinely; especially at work. Which is really just accountability. In the moment, socially, its hard to do that; though.
