Do you second guess yourself frequently?

Especially in a job?
Or even just social interactions occasionally.

I have crippling self doubt and I'm trying to get a feel for if others experience it a little, a lot like me, or not much at all.

I second guess myself with numbers and when filling the forms. I have to check everything many times because I don't trust myself.

And of course, I get confused and have bad feelings from social interactions sometimes but I try to push it all away and not let it spoil my mood. Luckily, every awkward or unpleasant interaction fades away with time.
