How do social people do it?

I’m at a conference of 3500+ people and there’s a party tonight to celebrate the end of it and I went to it and walked around a little and am immediately back at my hotel room because that was way too many people for my asocial self

i always left when meetings wrapped up and turned into small talk but maybe that was my anxiety lol
