Do you assume too much?

Sometimes, I have to remind myself not to.
I grew up in a very negative chaotic way.
I try to think before I just react.

@SW-User I guess it depends on who you're talking to some people take everything you say no matter how innocent and blow it all out of proportion.
But of course until you know that it's better not to assume

~ that’s one thing I dislike doing , assumptions can create unnecessary issues between people just bc of “hearsay”
