See a therapist is a good one. There are... Many mechanisms that cause anxiety. It's kind of the base line reaction of things like trauma, pressure and other stressful things. Not being validated, not receiving affection, there is a ton of stuff that triggers it imo. So you can just sorta relax, soften and work on em... as they come. A good friend who accepts you can help yah.
