Stressed out

Exam on Wednesday and landlord has taken my rent twice from my account today. Leading me to get anxiety but then I couldn’t concentrate on my revision so I got more anxious and then I had an anxiety attack. Finally rang the bank and there’s been some government problems with people’s banking so had to wait forever to speak to someone.
Even though it’s all sorted now my anxiety just won’t go away.

Have you ever heard of this verse? He shall keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Him. Isaiah 26:3 I have found that verse to be true throughout my whole life and I think it will do you great good and give you great strength if you will practice it. We can't think of two things at once and the best thing to do when we're upset is to think on things of Christ and on Christ himself. We can't be sad and glad at the same time. Christ does give us great relief, especially when we allow him to lead. I hope this helps. I know prayer works wonders, as well.

Hope you get your money back very soon. Juts focus on the exam knowing that you will be refunded for sure since it was an error. Good luck.

Wait, you give your landlord direct access to your bank account? I sure as hеll wouldn't do that, and I'm a landlord myself.
