I'm borderline incapable of showing people compassion in person. It's this enormous mental block I have to overcome every time.

And even then, it always comes out really unenthusiastic and weak.

Completely unlike how I am here on SW. IDK why I'm like that.

I can relate. I personally kinda have to go into auto pilot mode in order to interact with people in person, which makes expressing more sincere and vulnerable things pretty difficult. Hard to dissociate and be soft at the same time.

@AmbivalentFriability Probably I guess. I do think the real me, insofar as such a thing even exists, is humiliating in the extreme.
