I also have social anxiety, not severe but i still get paranoid, i normally listen to music and focus on that when walking places, i try not to look at ppl i look thru them, focus on ur destination and what u NEED to get done, like instead of looking at ppl look behind them focus on the side walk 10 ft in front of u, or a building or maybe a tree, its takes time so its no rush, but fake it till u make it, head up, shoulders back chest out, once ur able to do that itll be much easier going places, itll be like starting a new job its scary at first but once u get the hang of it u feel like a pro lol
Been there, done that. I just talked positively to myself and told myself to get over it because that's just not true. Most people don't even notice others when they are out in public. They are too busy doing their own thing and so what if they do notice? We can't live like Eskimos stuck in our little igloo all our lives. We were born to be free and enjoy life, not care what others think. Just imagine everybody in their underwear and that will give you a laugh. Haha Really though, nomone is any better than the other. We are independent people and we can take care of ourselves and our bills, without someone thinking they have the right to define who we are, or who and how we should be! You know when you can lighten up and even laugh at yourself, that's what makes life fun because no one is perfect, though they would like to think they are. We don't need egotistic, thoughtless people in our lives. We deserve the best, like everyone else!

What we have to do is observe how people treat us! And if they treat us less than, well there's plenty of people on this Earth to replace them with people who will treat us right, the way we deserve!
