How many of you are dealing with Anxiety, depression or other mental struggles?
How are you dealing with it? Have you found relief? How is it effecting your life?

Sometimes life is difficult.
Last week I have a bad cold: coughing like mad and my voice is gone..so off work although one day I did go in and worked full day so they saw how bad I was. Next day was like should I go in or not..well that night I was like nahhhhh I cannot go in.
They understood as coworkers seen how bad I was lol.
Than sure other things are going on..
If I have one thing happen than sometimes other things happen.
Plus should of ordered and got medication BUT do full off the frigging cold that I put it off as cannot talk and do not want frigging hassle when I go there as they are still for fucked up rules.
