How many of you are dealing with Anxiety, depression or other mental struggles?

How are you dealing with it? Have you found relief? How is it effecting your life?

Absolutely

Not dealing with it well, mainly just avoiding it.

Exercising also.helps.but I have stopped that because I hate it :( I need to start it back up again.

@Viper you don’t need to force yourself to do boring exercise, I don’t like it either. I exercise in different ways, go for walks, do some gardening, you have to find your own preferred way of staying active but it doesn’t mean cramming it down at the gym if that’s not your thing

@GLITTER I think I'd prefer the gym, just I don't want to be alone doing it.

Every direction around me has crazy steep hills.

@Viper lol you do realise hill walking is an excellent form of exercise 😂

@GLITTER yes... but it's not good your legs have decided that they're done walking for the day and you have an extremely steep mile incline to get back to home 😔
