I can’t get rid of my social anxiety

I think I’m ruining my career with my silent. I just can’t speak up in meetings although that I have much to say. I get anxious and I lose my words and I have this pain in my lungs, I start shaking and my mouth is dry I get pale.
Man I am a huge mess :/

Klonopin might help you alot. I can't get them legally but get 30 a month thru a good friend they help me alot. It is crazy I can't get them prescribed to me, our healthcare system for many is a horrible unforgivable joke.
