Yes. The numbers of affected and dying have fallen dramatically in Scotland and in the UK recently, due to a combination of the vaccine, masks and lockdown. The sooner everybody gets vaccinated, the quicker we can control this virus and get back to near-normality again.
I have heard so much nonsense spoken about the vaccine I don't know whether to cry at the ignorance or laugh at the stupidity of the world.
@helensusanswift no one can say if side effects will appear several years down the line because there has not been the usual several years of study.
But I am scheduled to be jabbed next Saturday and am only going for it because I fear being banned from the things I enjoy( if they are ever allowed to resume) if I don’t.
And I will be extremely annoyed if vaccination does not lead to completely normality by early Summer.
