From what little information they’ve made available to public so far it appears there’s no short term problems.
And if there are reactions to it, they appear to be things associated with having a shot in the arm.
Slight swelling at the injection point; usual discomfort associated with shots; some folk reporting a slight fever afterwards.
Bigger question for me is what effect accumulated doses over a period of time might be.
