Chance to be a manager and only one thing stopping me [I Social Anxiety]

5 years at this job and learned a lot. Lots of chances to move up in the company but the fears are stopping me. Every negative scenario pops in my head when thinking about the responsibilities. Deep down I know these fears are not rational but this thing called anxiety suppresses me and has taken control of every aspect in my life. I have gotten this far and scared of change. Just play it safe.
