Is it because your meeting new people ?or does it happen at other times? I cant imagine myself what it must be like ,and so many people suffer from it. cheers for sharing your a sweet heart 🙂

@english it only has not happened to family.

Close family is ok

but when its not family. i dont know why it happens. sometimes my head is calm but the body is freaking out if that makes sense?
