I found that when a person asks you how are you when meeting you it is just a greeting. Most people don't want to know the truth. You are better off just telling them fine. If you aren't they don't want to know.

You are not the only person with this theory -had this debate with my friends before. I have to disagree - some people is geniunly interested on how others are doing.
