Sad, frustrated and all

I feel like I'm about to cry 😭. I spent a lot on my laptop today because it doesn't have a brightness settings. Last 3 months, i had reformat it on a repair shop near my school, then it suddenly doesn't have brightness settings. Now, I tried to check it on another known repair shop next to our city. Now they reformat and all, they said to me that the brightness settings is now really gone, they tried their best but they don't know how to recover it because they don't know the process how my previous repair had done. Now I had spent most of my allowance because of it. I really need my laptop, so I don't have any choice.
