Day off or get busy?

I’m a bit sad and lonely. Surprising that I wasn’t for a little while. I guess the delusion is past. What to do?
1. Imagine and pretend either:
a) I’m not alone nor sad (imaginary friends)
b) I like to be alone and the sadness is just tiredness or something, brush it off
c) Don’t reach out - just makes me feel worse- nobody cares. Look at the bright side of nobody caring- ?_____
2. Listen to positive recordings and other self care.
3. Busy-ness; pick up something were I left off.
