I May Act Like I Am Not Sad When I Really Am Sad

About a half hour ago my car was repossessed. I'm really sad and worried about how to get around now but I'm trying to see the positive.

At 29% interest I was already trying to figure out how to get out of the loan and more than willing to get rid of the car to help pay it off

Money usually used on payments can now saved to buy a car that I own free and clear

Carpooling is better for the environment

The car had and still has lots of problems

Another lesson I learned is to take your time when buying a car and dont be too eager about getting it...sigh

Sad that you were the victim of predatory lending. That co may report the repo, so that will lower your credit score. If so, send a short note to the three agencies explaining what happened. However, try to buy your next car with cash. Don't deal with used car dealers. It's always stacked against you.
Find a private seller who will accept 50% down with payments over as short a period as you can handle.
