What a fun day

Oh we had a great day at the zoo. We went to the aquarium and to Africa and sky life. Everyone had so much fun.

We ate our lunch and watched the sea lion show and feed the birds. By the end of the day everyone was getting hot and tired so we headed home.

Plan was for everyone to rest up and relax before dinner and cake.

I could tell on the way home Joel didn't seem right. He was very quiet. Too quiet

When we got home he went to our room. I asked Grandma to settle the boys in and I followed him to our room. I knew something was wrong.

He was having a panic attack. I hate it when he has them. They really scare me because unlike me he shots down. He stops breathing. I really have to calmly remind him to breathe. Or he won't. This one lasted a while too. But I just say with him. Helping him stay calm and breathe. Once he calmed down I got him some cold water and half an anxiety pill. I convinced him to go lay down on the couch for a bit and I'm going to start dinner.

It was a fun but stressful day. The evening will be much better. Dinner cake a fire and baseball. Hopefully this headache will go away soon
