Thank you for everyone that reach out to me

My panic attack has gotten better, i had to take some benadryl and my anti anxiety meds so Im about to pass out for awhile and booefully chest pain will go away and my heart rate will go down lower. I appreciate everyone here. Without my friends here, i would really be lost and in trouble.
