Panic attacks

Anxiety / panic attacks is by far the worst feeling ever. Your mind just won't shut off. You feel like you can't breathe. I've tried so many medications, exercises, herbal remedies, etc. But nothing seems to help. What I would give to be a kid again not have a care in the world. Being an adult sucks.

It's a bio hack to initiate the parasympathetic nervous system into 'rest' .

Edit : the sympathetic nervous system is our flight or fight system ....it initiates breathing fast (hyperventilation). You can overide it with the above breathing exercise .
