What do you do for panic attacks?

I know people get them once in awhile but what is your remedy?

I don't get them personally. But I know people that do.

Try this.
First, look around you.
Find 5 things you can see.
Then 4 things you can touch.
Then 3 things you can hear
Then 2 things you can smell.
And finally 1 thing you can taste.

It calms you down. Grounds you.
