I don't know

I hate feeling like something's seriously wrong and I just can't figure out what it is. I'm not panicking. I just can't get my thoughts clear because my anxiety or my panic disorder makes me feel like somethings not right. I know it's my anxiety, but I have this like what if worry. Like what if something is wrong and I just haven't figured it out. I don't even know. Only posting this in case someone can relate.

I heard somewhere that 95% of the things we worry about never even happen.

Sometimes just an uncomfortable thought can be mistaken for reality. I think because the subconscious doesn't know the difference between our thoughts and what is really happening. I could be wrong on that, if someone wants to chime in about the facts.

@CestManan I think with anxiety/panic disorder those thoughts are just so loud they cloud the rational ones.

@EhhRin Worrisome thoughts can overshadow logic for sure.

One thing that may help, we should keep in mind that when worry starts, we need to ask, "OK, is there any solid evidence that this could happen?" If there IS, we can take steps to prevent the worst. If there is no evidence, we can stop worrying.

There is some youtuber named Kati Morton, some mental health specialist who has videos and she mentioned that in one.

@CestManan Yeah I've seen her videos. Thank you, but for instance if I'm having a panic attack it can make me feel sick. I can have heart palpitations which makes me think there's something wrong with my heart and I panic more so sometimes its hard to tell.

@EhhRin Just curious, is there anything that triggers it like getting ready to leave the house, or being broke, or...?

I am not doctor, just curious.

@CestManan when I was younger I thought they were always tigger but as I've got older they can happen out of no where. I litterally just get hit with a wave of panic for no reason. I've woken up in the middle of having one
