I Have Had a Panic Attack

I get them still. It started when i was about 13 in year 9 at my highschool. When we were in sport and the teacher would have each of us demonstrat something infront of the class. When it was my turn i had my first one. Had another one at work the same week. I told my Ma but she doesnt believe in depression or panic attacks so i never went to the doctors. I know if i do now she will still be mad even though im 18.

You obviously live with your mum , but you need to deal with this now and don't let it take control of your adult life , if your mum is upset so be it shes not the one dealing with it, you have to look after number 1 and that you, best of luck

There are plenty of YouTube clips on what to do if you have a panic attack. I've used them for mine.

Mine started at 13, too. I haven't had one in years, thanks to therapy and Valium.
