Did you consult with doctors? Some people think they have it (overreacting, hypochondriacs...) and some find out they have it after doctors tell them. I thought I was bipolar or crazy before they told me this. Any way, I suggest you check with someone who can surely tell you if you have it or not. I hope you don't, honestly!

I googled about it. It was written anxiety or mainly stress is its trigger. So tried to control my stress, so its now better. And yeah it was bad , and it got worse also . but now after controlling stress it's has been better. I mean I rarely get palpitations. What about you?

Naah, it's fine. I put something under it so no one could even notice (parents' idea, I absolutely adore them) and everyone were thrilled how good it looked :D
