I Have Had a Panic Attack
I get them a lot actually. Wouldn't wish that even for my worst enemy o_o

I'm not sure if you understand how panic attacks work. No matter how much someone is forcing her/himself, it's just panic for no reason.

Look, if you don't understand something then don't talk about it. I appreciate that you wanted to help but for this even doctors didn't know what to do in some situation. You can't blame someone for having a panic attack. Would you blame someone for getting depression, cancer??
