I'm starting to get back into my normal sleep schedule.
I was having a really bad time with insomnia not getting up until 8: 30-9:00 am.
So, I started to set my alarm for 7:00 a.m. at first I was still getting up at 8:00/ 8:30 am
Turning off the alarm and then sleeping another hour to hour and a half
Today, I got up at 7:30 a.m. after turning the alarm off.
I feel a lot better and I did go to sleep earlier.
I have not been able to get to sleep untill 1:00 am, but last night it all caught up with me I guess and I fell asleep by 10:00 pm
