Insomnia. There is nothing good about it.

The sun will be up soon and I've yet to sleep, despite all my efforts. *sigh* This is going to be a long day.

You must find a way to go to sleep, as lack of sleep is linked to accelerated aging and dementia😟

@Wiseacre Yep. Thanks. I do try. I am probably low in Vit D³ & Mag again. I've scheduled a blood test for tomorrow, so we shall see. 🤷🏼‍♀

@LadyBronte maybe a low dose melatonin.

@Wiseacre Thanks. I've tried melatonin in the past. Sadly it doesn't make a difference for me.

@LadyBronte good sleep hygiene is very important. To bed every night the same time, don’t eat at least two hrs before bed, and be in a relaxed mindset. Gratitude practice is helpful at bedtime. Have a good night!

@Wiseacre Yes. Those are definitely all good tips. My insomnia is usually related to vitamin D³, magnesium deficiencies, and occasuonally Vit B12. My blood work has been done and now I wait to see the doc on Monday. I assume the outcome of that visit will be the normal prescription for high dose Vit D³ for a month or so and for vials of B12 for do-it-yourself injection schedule at home, and an infusion coctail for the rest. This happens about every 6 months to a year. It is nothing new.
