Insomnia is terrible
Can’t sleep, it’s too late to take a pill, and I know I screwed up by opening SW… 😑

Sorry you had a rough night. I hate those nights where I talk myself into keeping up with the solid effort to rest instead of putting on a movie or staring at my phone. I end up not sleeping anyway and then have regret that I should have at least done something enjoyable rather than lay there miserable.
