Another night of insomnia

This is day 5 of not being able to sleep well. I don't usually struggle with this, but since I started intermittent fasting and now regular fasting, I go to sleep with an empty belly. This is not normal for me. I have always been a strong believer in a bedtime snack. Now, I know why. :-)

I got up at 2 am and went to bed at 9 pm, so I got about 5 hours of sleep. I guess that isn't too bad. :-)
