Couldn't sleep

I have not slept in 48 hours. Nothing seems to help. I have a horrible headache, my stomach hurts, my chest hurts and I feel very cold. But there's no time to feel sorry for myself. The kids have volleyball games today.

@gurlwatcher22 I have a heart monitor on at all times. I have heart issues so I know the difference in pain. This is from the anxiety
