Can’t sleep…. [I Have Insomia]

I hate not being able to sleep properly. 🥺 My mind just won’t shut off. It’s like it’s had 10cups of coffee!! 😣 Tonight I only got to sleep 2hrs. 😫

I've been like that lately. I got four hours, so I guess I'm in a better spot today, but make sure you're taking good care of yourself <3 when my sleep hygiene goes down my mood usually follows.

@Narwhal I’m sorry to hear that. I know how you feel. It affects my mood also. I get sad easier. I hope tonight you can sleep better. 🤗
