@SweetMae It's not super often, but I do chronically have nightmares at the minimum.

@SW-User I get them too. Sometimes talking with someone you can trust wil help.

@SW-User I wasn't officially diagnosed with it, but with all the shit I've been through and the tragedy of losing my first heavily bonded pet, I do have a heavy suspicion of at least lightly having PTSD in some way shape or form.
@SweetMae Oh, I talk with people about it a fair bit. My help comes in a different form though.
