Sleeping state is when the brain actually organizes the brain. Lying on the back of your head is just prepping for the fluid that works on organizing the brain when you are in a deep sleep (forgot what it’s called)... you just need to trust your brain and let IT do the job sorting, and stop trying to think about everything it’s trying to sort out. Your thinking is what’s interfering. Trust tomorrow everything will be more clear than today.
