I Can't Sleep

It's raining and there is a loud, irregular dripping noise outside... I have my fan on at full blast as white noise, to no avail. I've been awake since 2:30 AM, it's now 4:30 AM... So tired, but can't get back to sleep... Starting to have a headache and that's no helping either...
