Ive been struggling for years but I鈥檓 working on it. Turn off your phone and all electrics , dim down the lights , maybe read a book or do some art or something relaxing or take a warm bath to relax you then try and get into bed. Have a warm drink such as hot chocolate and cut down caffeine. Don鈥檛 eat something big as that will make you feel uncomfortable , write down your thoughts or write a story or something that helped me fall asleep. comfortable @Holdmyheart
