I Have Insomnia

I have severe insomnia. I struggle with not only falling asleep, but staying asleep. I take a lot of sleep medicine to help me sleep at night. I take an ambien and 3 Tylenol PM. Sometimes if I can't fall asleep after that then I have to take a xanax or two to fall asleep. It sucks so much, it makes me feel in a fog for 3 hours after I wake up.
