I Can't Sleep When I Have Too Much On My Mind
I need to get fit and healthy again. I was doing pretty good but then I stopped going to the gym and stopped cooking. I also rather die of dehydration than drink water so that definitely doesn't help. I'm gonna have to focus on my abs and running since I tend to slack off in those two areas. I'm pretty good with strength and flexibility but I'm gonna try to add a yoga session in the morning just in case. I need to start using bigger weights but I have a fear of the weight fall on me and me looking like an idiot while also not being helped. How embarrassing would that be? I also need to learn french. Basically I gotta become more disciplined.
