I Have Insomnia

Welp, I spent the whole night lying awake in bed staring at the ceiling, watching the TV in my head and listening to the endless internal dialogue that never stops, ever. Now I'm all ratty and pissy 😫 If it goes on the way it usually does, I probably won't be sleeping until Tuesday night.

I have insomnia too. I go through spells that I am lucky to get 3 hrs of sleep a night. I've learn to just get up and … do something. I get so bent-out-of-shape just trying to go to sleep or stay asleep. I get the ratty and pissy mood as well. Take care.
