I Can't Sleep

Damn Ptsd it drives me mad , took a sleeper worked for about 3 hours now going to have to throw down a few more to truly get to sleep , might make a warm glass of milk

I did intense physical exercise... until I just couldn’t anymore and then crashed . 👍🏻😁

@TexChik Thanks Tex , yeah been down that route, but metaly have flashbacks and tend to wake up , ex military so the things that go on in my head don't ease up, but thankyou for your advice 👍️

@warnbrobeachlover1 I have the nightmares too... the beatings don’t stop either ... my docs got me to visualize myself winning... it worked

@TexChik That's fantastic , glad you have been able to overcome your demons Tex I find the one thing that settles me is being at the beach or not being here in surrounding where im constantly reminded and find If I travel im in a more relaxed and happy , place just glad things are hand have worked for you , no one deserves what we go through and the sceptics that have no understanding , tyvm
