I Have Insomnia

I can fall asleep...I just dont stay asleep :(

If I am able to fall asleep fairly fast (1 hour or less) then I will wake up every two hours or so thru the night.
If I can't fall asleep, then I just lay there for hours & hours & hours. [b]BLAH[/b]

It won't! Have been like this for over a decade. Have tried virtually every OTC medication as well as prescription drugs, and [i]The Beat Goes On, Yes The Beat Goes On - in my brain[/i].
