I Hate When I'm Tired and Can't Sleep

Tried counting sheep but ran out. Maybe a good back rub would help.

I sometimes tale melatonin, which generally helps, but I can't take it too late or I'm worthless the next day.

@Bluesky52 you might should see a doc. I tried one of the pm over the counter drugs and it put me out for 48 hours. Awful stuff
