I Have Insomnia

I have Insomnia. So I read similar worlds experiences and stories,
Unless someone wants to chat. But...that seldom happens. Maybe my being 68 is an issue. I guess I should be satisfied with reading. I live alone, I work hard owning and running a large ranch. I have been separated for 24 or 25 years, I can’t even remember. Luckily money isn’t an issue in my life, so I can go when I want, but what I want and do what I want. Maybe I’ll find someone to share my life with, I’m not dead yet.

Like many others i also have insomnia. i don't think there is any one reason. Some might be medical but for me as soon as i lay down my mind starts racing. Nothing really seems to help. Like you i am also lonely and maybe that is partly why i am unable to sleep. My thoughts are with you

@lowselfesteem My mind is usually in the "nothing box" so falling asleep is usually less than a single minute.
