I Have Insomnia

Or something similar. Anyone have anything similar? How do you all deal with it. Any techniques you all use to get to sleep quicker

You can try melatonin, which is a natural sleep supplement.
Try to avoid screens right before bed time, maybe read from a book or magazine. I also use ear plugs, and sometimes a sleep mask.

Have you ever tried valerian root? It helped me for a bit.
