Livingwell You need to think clearly and prioritize your life, happiness, health over anything. Think hard what's giving you jitters and robbing you of sleep and then slowly work towards resolving the matter...I suspect it's overthinking, stress, perhaps too much nicotine and caffeine and who knows, you might be overworked..Don't beat yourself up over anything, have faith in yourself. Whatever storm you are stuck is just passing and it will be over in a while.
Try some relaxing music so it bores you to sleep
