I Can't Sleep

I'm often awake at night... Sometimes I fall asleep during the evening and then I'm up all night...

I often wake up around 2 in the morning, and I don't go back to sleep around 5, or 6 in the morning , and then Monday through Friday I wake up at 7, and get ready for work... =/ It sucks only getting like 4 hours of sleep per night every night, and still having to go to work. =,(
