Everyone has their own pain tolerance, one kind of pain can or is equal to another. it's okay to express what you are feeling.

we don't talk about this enough, instead we are idealized in silence.

I think the real shift happens when we stop treating pain as weakness and start seeing it as part of being human. Naming it doesn’t make you fragile; it makes you honest. And honesty is what allows connection, empathy, and healing to begin.

This reminded me of a story I once read. I don't remember where I have it, because I've saved it somewhere. I'll try to find it. But essentially it said that some pain and discomfort is good for us to keep us striving for better and in turn growing ourselves. Idk about your pain, I hope it's not constant
